Amenities
Boat Ramp
There is a boat ramp for owners located at the north end of LakeRidge Drive. This is a driveway from the street into the water. Boats can be backed down the ramp and launched. There is some room to park on the street adjacent to the boat ramp.
There is a pole gate across the entry near the street with a key lock. The key cannot be reproduced. Owners get one key free. A replacement key costs $10 (one key per owner only).
Numbered keys are distributed by a volunteer in the community. Just complete the form on the Ask. Request. Submit. page to obtain a key.
Association
Board of Directors
The Association is overseen by a seven-member Board of Directors who own homes in the community and volunteer their time. Each Board member serves a two-year term with elections held at the Annual Meeting each May.
The Board of Directors meets at least once each quarter. Meetings are held in the community at a selected board member’s house and will be eBlasted to all owners. The meetings normally begin at 6 p.m. on a weeknight. Each meeting date, time, and the place is announced on this website. The agenda is posted here at least three days in advance of the meeting. All owners are welcome at board meetings. Please register your email address for updates by clicking the link "Register for Email Messages" on the homepage and entering your information.
The board members are elected by the membership at the annual meeting. The Annual Meeting and election of directors are held in May at the Lake Breeze Ski Lodge on a weekend afternoon. All owners are mailed a meeting announcement with voting instructions at least 10 days in advance. The terms held are determined by the position. If a director is unable to complete their full term, the board will appoint someone to fill that seat until that term expires.
A list of the current board members is available on the Key Personnel page.
The Board of Directors elects the officers after the annual meeting. The term of all officers is staggered. A description of each position is available on the Become a Volunteer page.
All meetings are open to residents. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your community representative at least ten days in advance.
