Bay Pointe Community Association is home to 561 single-family homes and 11 commercial business tracts. The amenities in the community consist of a park, pool, tennis court and basketball court. For a listing of community-sponsored events please visit our events calendar.

Upcoming meetings for Bay Pointe Community Association

The Board of Directors meets on the second Monday of every month. If there is a lack of a quorum or meeting location conflict, the meeting will be rescheduled and electronic emails will be sent to registered homeowners.  The meeting agenda is posted at least 144 hours prior to the meeting. The Annual Membership meeting is held in November of every year. Notices for this meeting are mailed out at least 15 days prior to the meeting.

All meetings are open to residents except for the Executive Session. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your community representative at least 1 week in advance.
