Recreational Facilities
Recreational Facilities

Bay Pointe has two recreation areas. The main park is located at 1825 Diamond Brook and includes a pool, playground, hardcourt and tennis court.

A second park is located in Section 6 at Placid Brook and Leafy Glen. It contains a playground and hardcourt.

Pool tags are free to homeowners who have paid all their maintenance fees (or their tenants). Two guests are allowed in with each resident. Homeowners must complete a registration form through C.I.A. Services, Inc. in order to receive tags by mail or fax. Tags are also available at the pool on two scheduled days each May.

UPDATE:  6-25-2020:  The Board of Directors unanimously agreed it is not in the best interest of the Association, legally or financially, to open the pool at this time.  The board will continue to monitor conditions surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic.

Pool
Pool

 1. The swimming pool will open beginning this Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. For a full list of hours please visit POOL HOURS 2021

2. We also have updated rules due to COVID-19 to ensure we provide as safe an environment as possible. Visit here for COVID POOL RULES 2021

3. In order to limit the amount of persons inside the pool at any given time, we have established an online reservation system whereby, you will need to register for a 2hr. block of swim time in advance of your attendance. The registration process is very simple. You WILL NOT need a pool tag this summer.

a. If the Association has an email address for you, you already have an account on our new reservation system. If we do not have an email on file for you, simply email us at Kristin.Taylor@ciaservices.com and we’ll be happy to add your email address to the system so that you too can register to use the pool.

b. The process is very simple in that; you will visit 2021 RESERVATION PLATFORM.

c. Once there, click on "RESIDENT SIGN IN" located on the top left of the site. Your username is your email address and the password is defaulted to 1111 initially. This will bring you to your resident portal. We encourage you to change your password now.

d. From here you can add all of the members of your household. You can also create sub-accounts for an adult household member who might want to make a reservation as well.

e. Then, simply click on the blue pool icon, pick the date you wish to visit the pool for a swim and a time slot and tell us how many person will be attending with you. Accept the liability waiver. That’s it!

f. If you later determine you cannot visit the pool during your reserved time, please be courteous and cancel your reservation online so that other families may utilize the time slot.

g. Once you arrive at the pool, the lifeguard will have access to this site to see who has reserved time at the pool. Simply tell them who you are and show ID. They’ll verify you have a reservation and you are set to enter and enjoy your Vitamin D time at the pool! Again, you DO NOT need a pool tag, as in years past.

h. We do wish to inform you that the last 30 minutes of the block of time, the guards will clear the facility and clean/sanitize prior to the next block of time.

i. There is enough blocks of time for 20 families to reserve time for any given time slot.

j. At this time, we have not imposed limits to how many blocks of time per day you can reserve, but we reserve the right to revisit that if need be.

k. Before you head out to the pool, please ensure you have read the rules for this summer as they are different. Most notably; we will NOT be allowing guests this summer, no pool toys and we ask that you wear a mask when going to and from the restrooms and around others who are not in your party.

l. Per Gulf Coast Aquatics, they will not be able to facilitate private pool parties this summer.

Committees
Committees Bay Pointe has multiple committees in place to help with the community. Each committee is chaired by a board member and the Association is always looking for additional volunteers interested in making the neighborhood a great place to live.

A detailed description of all of our committees is provided on the Become a Volunteer page.

Annual Assessments

The 2021 Assessment has been set at $626.00 per home, a 0% increase from last year. The assessments are due on January 1 of each year and provide for services in the community such as code enforcement, upkeep of the amenities (pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and parks), and landscape just to name a few.

Every owner has an obligation to pay the annual assessment. If you do not receive a statement, please submit an account receivable request to C.I.A. Services to confirm your balance and ensure it is paid on time.

You may submit a payment by mail, in person, or on-line.

Exterior Modifications
Exterior Modifications All exterior alterations or improvements to a property must be reviewed and approved in advance of construction by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Residents must submit a home improvement application describing the work to be performed. The ACC will review the request and render a decision within 60 days. If it is not approved as submitted, the ACC may provide suggestions for making changes so it can be resubmitted for approval.

To complete your application, click on Ask. Request. Submit. There you will enter all of the information needed in order for the committee to make an informed decision. Any applications dealing with the exterior appearance of the house (such as painting or roofing) must be accompanied with project details or the application might be disapproved for lack of information. Also include a plat map or survey of the property that indicates the project in conjunction to the property lines and easements when applicable.

As soon as you have gathered your information, you are ready to get started.

Visit the Community Documents page to review all of the governing documents or click Modification Guidelines.
