Eastpoint Section 4 Homeowners Association is a new development which upon completion, will be home to 126 single-family homes. There are future plans to construct a small park on one of the four reserves. For a listing of community-sponsored events please visit our events calendar.

Upcoming meetings for Eastpoint Section 4 Homeowners Association
The Board of Directors meets quarterly and the meetings are held virtually via video and conference call. The meeting agenda is posted at least 144 hours prior to the meeting. Click here for the latest posting.
The Annual Meeting will be held within 120 days of December 31st. Notices will be mailed to all owners prior to all membership meetings.
All meetings are open to residents. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your community representative at least ten days in advance.
