Special Events Coordinator  – Coordinate social events and meetings for the various communities. Working with office staff and various vendors to make sure events are well organized. The types of events include Easter egg hunts, pool splash days, National Night Out gatherings and community meetings. Job Description
Community Coordinator – This is a specialized position working on-site in our communities. The responsibilities vary from community to community but generally include coordination of community programs and events, communications through web site and newsletters and providing information to residents. Inspectors – Performs driving inspections of all properties in communities for deed restriction issues. These are contract positions with the work generally done on Mondays and Tuesdays of each week.
