The Grand Vista Community Association, led by Directors Bethany Mire, Naresh Tammineni, Khurram Shaikh, Rafiat Kassim, and Michael Jones, is nestled in a vibrant and newly developed area of Richmond, TX. The Association proudly features two recreation centers, each with sparkling pools, scenic walking trails, serene retention ponds, and three well-maintained playgrounds.

The Board of Directors has been actively driving forward major initiatives to enhance the community. Notable upgrades include the complete replastering of both pools, installation of stylish new pool furniture, and the addition of a durable deck overlay to refresh the pool decks. In Section 24, residents can now enjoy a brand-new playground and park area, another exciting milestone for the neighborhood.

Looking ahead, the Board has engaged a prestigious landscape architecture firm to develop a comprehensive master plan. This initiative will guide future enhancements to existing amenities and assess the feasibility of adding future amenities if funds allow. This vision reflects the Board’s commitment to thoughtful planning and continuous improvement.
