Twin Oaks Village Community Association is home to 1400 residences and is located in Richmond, Texas. This community has a swimming pool, splash pad, two little free libraries and a playground. The association was founded in 2001 and hosts two community events each year (the pool opening party and fall festival), to help foster the feeling of community between neighbors. The current Board of Directors are Rob Tice, (President), Sylvie Elmer (Vice President), Daniel Handshoe (Secretary), Carrie McDonald (Treasurer), and Adeyinka Koiki (Director). This community has two websites, one with a  private resident portal and one that is hosted by C.I.A. Services, Inc.
