Bridlegate Ranch, nestled in the scenic Texas Hill Country of Bandera County, spans 2,219 acres and is home to 810 residences within a peaceful, gated community that promotes a harmonious blend of nature and modern living. With a dedicated 5-member Board and seven active committees, including the Advisory, Communications & Events, Equine Enthusiasts, Finance, Parks & Recreation, Road, and Utility & Safety committees, Bridlegate Ranch thrives on a strong sense of community and a commitment to maintaining its beauty and integrity. These committees play a pivotal role in ensuring the continued success and growth of the neighborhood while fostering connections among residents.  

The community is known for its stunning amenities, which cater to a variety of interests. Homeowners have access to two clubhouses, two swimming pools, a tennis court, and a state-of-the-art fitness center, creating a space where residents can stay active and socialize. For nature lovers, there are designated horseback riding, hiking, and biking trails that wind through the picturesque terrain, including a 25-acre River Park. The exclusive River Park and trails are a haven for residents, offering peaceful and immersive outdoor experiences. Did you know?

Board meetings are open to all owners. The meetings are announced on the community web pages with a date, time and place at least 144 hours in advance of the meeting.  The agenda for the meeting is also posted.
