Legacy Trails Cell-3 Homeowners Association, Inc.
Legacy Trails Cell-3 Homeowners Association, Inc.

Tucked away in the desirable Westover Hills area of west San Antonio, The Retreat at Legacy Trails Cell-3 is a private, gated community of 136 homes offering a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and connection. Just minutes from major highways, shopping, and some of the region’s most popular attractions—including SeaWorld, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the Alamo, and Schlitterbahn in nearby New Braunfels—this neighborhood provides both accessibility and charm.

While modest in size, Cell-3 is rich in community spirit. With a strong military presence, many residents share a common bond of service, and all take great pride in their homes and neighborhood. Manicured lawns, friendly waves, and a true sense of neighborly care are part of everyday life here.

The Retreat at Legacy Trails Cell-3 is one of five sister communities in the Westover Hills area, and residents enjoy shared access to the nearby community center—an inviting space for events, recreation, and building friendships.

What truly sets Cell-3 apart is the heart behind it: an exceptional Board of Directors made up of committed, thoughtful homeowners who lead with integrity and vision. Their focus on maintaining high standards while remaining fiscally responsible has helped the community thrive. They’ve worked tirelessly to improve quality of life, including partnering with city officials to address traffic concerns near the entrance and successfully bringing high-speed fiber internet to the neighborhood.

The Board is approachable, open to feedback, and always exploring ways to make the community safer, stronger, and more connected. They reflect the very best of what makes Cell-3 so special—diverse perspectives working together for a shared purpose.

Living at The Retreat at Legacy Trails Cell-3 means more than just owning a beautiful home in a prime location—it means joining a tight-knit community where neighbors look out for each other, voices are heard, and pride runs deep. It’s not just where you live—it’s where you truly belong.
