Homeowners Association of Timber Forest
Homeowners Association of Timber Forest

The Homeowners Association of Timber Forest (HOATF) is a beautiful community conveniently located near the CI.A. Services North office in Atascocita. Accessible between Will Clayton Parkway and Atascocita Road, the community is a short drive to Kingwood, Humble, and the Beltway--making it a desirable location for families to raise their kids and professionals to conveniently commute to their places of work. The proximity to Memorial Hermann and Kingwood medical facilities ensures that community members can receive swift and accessible care, benefiting everyone from infants to elders. All in all, the community’s advantageous location meets a diverse range of needs for its diverse population.

The location isn’t Timber Forest’s only draw. The community park features a shaded playground, picnic tables, a large field, exercise equipment, bike racks, a large pavilion, and a 1/4-mile shaded crushed granite walking trail. The sparkling pool is a prime summer destination for the families of Timber Forest. This year, families can plan to enjoy new pool chaise lounge chairs and a new volleyball net that have been recently added. The next community-planned projects will be enhancements to the walking trail, replacement of the pool fencing, beautification of the main monument at Atascocita Road and Lago Forest Dr., and the addition of license plate security cameras at each entrance.  Other improvements include changing to LED bulbs in all streetlights, repairing several sidewalks near manhole covers, and upgrading Holiday decorations. These current amenities and forecasted modifications foster the community’s appeal and make life in Timber Forest great.

The Board of Directors, consisting of Judith Kirby, Eugene Newsom, and Mitch Walton, work diligently and are proud of their accomplishments.  Through its efforts, the Board of Directors has promoted a safe and pleasant place to live. The volunteers bolster the quality of life for Timber Forest residents, too; the volunteer-comprised Social and Beautification Committees, headed by chairs JJ Waddock and Beulah and Reginald Epperson, work to encourage rapport in the community via events such as Yard of the Month, holiday decorating contests, End of School parties, community garage sales, Small Business Trade Day, Citizen’s Night Out, and numerous other enrichment experiences.

In January 2023, Timber Forest celebrated 26 years with C.I.A. Services. We are proud to be this great community’s management partner and look forward to many more years of continued partnership. Thank you to all the Board members, residents, and past and current volunteers of the HOA for making Timber Forest a wonderful place to live through your hard work and efforts.
