Hidden Springs HOA brings living the farm-to-table lifestyle to active families seeking a neighborhood centered around sustainability.
It boasts a 30 acre Nature Preserve called “The Green”. The Green features spring-fed orchards, community vegetables, herb, fruit, and flower gardens, walking paths, and nature observation points.
This community is also an AG-Exempt Community. Each homesite carries an ag-exempt status due to a sheep farm and honey bees that free rage the neighborhood.
Living in an agrihood doesn’t mean you’ve suddenly become a working farmer. Residents are encouraged to volunteer at the “Green”, but the actual work is done by professionals who tend to the land. The association will then sell the produce to residents and retailers, such as nearby restaurants and grocery stores.
The community has fantastic volunteers who have spent countless hours maintaining and making improvements throughout the community. The Board has undertaken each project and assisted with intricate details. It is because of these volunteers that this agrihood community has become an exceptional way of living for the residents.
