This month we’d like to feature Clear Lake City Boulevard Association.  The Blvd Association was created by Friendswood Development Corporation to provide for long term maintenance of the actual boulevard from Highway 3 to the end of the boulevard at Middlebrook Drive (approximately 3 miles).  Three neighboring community associations comprise this unique community: Bay Pointe, Pine Brook and Northfork.  We also have 12 commercial owners along the north side of the boulevard that belong to our association.

This Spring, the Board of Directors decided to redesign the landscaping throughout.  We’ve had challenges, like everyone, with this Summer’s drought conditions, but we are starting to reap the fruits of our labor and the boulevard is beaming with beautiful vegetation and color.  The Board also finished an extensive Class II pruning along the boulevard as well, so things are really in good shape.
