HOUSTON

Our Regional Houston Office manages communities in Harris County and all surrounding counties.  Our Regional Houston Office not only provides management services for all of our Houston and surrounding area clients but also contains our support teams that handle a variety of functions to assist all of our clients. Owners are welcome to visit to drop off payments or documents if the location is convenient for them.

Directions: From I-59 North, drive East on FM 1960 for 4.5 miles. Take a right on Timber Forest Drive and follow it for about 1 mile. Our office is located on the right just past the Ace Hardware and Including Kids buildings.

SAN ANTONIO

Our office for the greater San Antonio area is on the west side in Bandera County.  Our Bandera Office not only provides management services for all of our San Antonio region clients  but also contains our accounting team that supports all of our clients. Owners are welcome to visit to drop off payments or documents if the location is more convenient for them.

Directions: From San Antonio, take Hwy 16 (Bandera Road) northwest to Pipe Creek (approximately 20 miles west of Loop 1604). Pass through the traffic signal at Hwy 46 and travel 2.7 miles to Bear Springs Road. Turn right onto Bear Springs Road and travel 300 yards to the top of the hill. Our office building is on the left.

After Hours

Outside of our normal business hours, we have a Maintenance Coordinator on call 24 hours a day to handle urgent items involving safety issues and serious problems at community facilities or property. To report an issue, call our office and follow the instructions for urgent response.

For regular communications outside of our business hours, voice mail is always available through our office phone numbers. Phone messages are handled the next business day. You can also contact us by email through this website. Go to your community on the Select Community page and use the Contact Us option. Email messages are routed to the appropriate staff member or community volunteer on the next business day.
