The Valley Lodge community was developed in the mid 1950’s, as a weekend getaway for “rich city folk.” It is located in Fort Bend County, in the town of Simonton, Texas on the Brazos River floodplain. This community is comprised of large acreage lots with homes, as well as horses, cattle and other animals. Despite its peaceful, rural setting, Valley Lodge is conveniently located just a short drive from Fulshear, Katy, and Sugarland, ensuring easy access to essential services, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our residents enjoy the best of both worlds – the quiet, relaxed pace of country living with the convenience of modern amenities close at hand.
There is a lot of history in this quiet country community and C.I.A. Services takes great pride in being their managing partner for over 30 years.
This community has seen its share of hardships recently, especially with flooding. Instead of allowing the hardships to bring them down, they seem to get stronger. Their spirit is undeniably strong; natural disasters have not hindered their love for the community and the desire to rebuild and move forward.
Whether you are passionate about horses, nature, or simply enjoying the open spaces, Valley Lodge offers a unique blend of rural charm and modern amenities. Valley Lodge features a 4-acre park— an ideal spot for picnics, leisurely walks, and family gatherings. Equestrian enthusiasts will enjoy the stables, spacious riding area, and miles of scenic trails that meander through the community.
The fertile floodplain not only enhances the natural beauty of the area but also provides rich soil for gardening and agriculture. Valley Lodge is more than just a place to live—it’s a community where neighbors become friends, united by a shared love for nature and country living. Whether you’re looking to embrace an equestrian lifestyle, savor the beauty of wide-open spaces, or simply find a place where you can unwind and enjoy the simple pleasures of life, Valley Lodge welcomes you home.
