Westover Forest Homeowners Association is a lovely, quiet, community tucked away at the very busy intersection of Wiseman Boulevard and Westover Hill Boulevard. This gated community features 189 beautiful single-family homes and a community park. You can often see homeowners walking the community and working to beautify their landscaping and homes. 

Westover Forest Homeowners Association is close to two major, nationally known amusement parks (SeaWorld & Fiesta Texas), sprawling shopping centers, delicious restaurants, grand multiplex movie theaters, and “The Main Event” which has fun activities for every age. 

The five-member board meets on a quarterly basis, and stays busy with the day-to-day activities of the community from holiday decorating to having a “tagging party” for the newly installed gate RFID system. The board works diligently to maintain the HOA property and plan for long term improvement in the community, with an eye for maintaining or improving property values. With the hard work of the board, and engagement of the community, residents are able to enjoy their peaceful surroundings, despite the ongoing construction in the area.
