Upcoming meetings for Las Brisas Homeowners Association
The Board of Directors meets quarterly to conduct the business of the association. The meeting agendas with date, time and place are posted here at least 144 hours prior to the meeting.
The Annual Meeting of the members is generally held in April at Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative located at 927 N. Hwy 46, Seguin, Texas 78155. Notices are mailed to all owners 10 to 60 days in advance of the meeting.
All meetings are open to owners. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your customercaresa@ciaservices.com at least ten days in advance.
