2025 Special Meeting of the Members (Member Meeting)

A Special Meeting of the members of Lake McQueeney Las Brisas Homeowners Association, Inc. will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, immediately after the annual meeting at the community’s vacant lot, located at 231 Las Brisas Boulevard, Seguin, Texas 78155. The purpose of this meeting is to vote on the below Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions amendment. A copy of the proposed amendment is below. An additional copy was sent with the mailed notice.
