Upcoming Meetings
1st Reconvened 2024 Annual Meeting & 2nd Reconvened Special Meeting (Member Meeting)

The 1st Reconvened 2024 Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at the community’s vacant lot, located at 231 Las Brisas Blvd, Seguin, TX 78155.
Unfortunately, the quorum requirements of the Association were not met at our last attempt. Thus, the Election of Directors was unable to take place. However, an update on the community’s projects and progress was given. The 1st Reconvened 2024 Annual Meeting is for the Election of Directors only. You will not need to submit a new vote if you have already submitted your ballot by mail, fax, online, or in person at the meeting.
Additionally, the quorum requirements of the Association were not met at our last attempt for the 1st reconvened special meeting for the previously mailed Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions Amendment. Thus, the 2nd reconvened special meeting has been scheduled for Saturday, June 15, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the community’s vacant lot, located at 231 Las Brisas Blvd, Seguin, TX 78155.
