2026 Annual Meeting & 2nd Reconvened 2025 Special Meeting of the members (Member Meeting)

The 2026 Annual Meeting of Lake McQueeney Las Brisas Homeowners Association will be on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the community lot, located at 231 Las Brisas Blvd. Seguin, Texas 78155.
Immediately following the 2026 Annual Meeting on Saturday, April 11, 2026, the 2nd Reconvened 2025 Special Meeting of the members will be held. Unfortunately, the association’s quorum requirements were not met on our last attempt. Thus, the amendment vote was unable to take place. The purpose of the 2nd Reconvened 2025 Special Member Meeting is to vote on the proposed Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions amendment only. Please note that this vote has a separate online and paper ballot from the Board of Directors election.
