Welcome to the website for The Summit Homeowners Association.

The Summit at Cordova is a 160-lot neighborhood between Highway 46 and Highway 123 in beautiful Seguin, Texas. It is comprised of custom-built rock and brick homes located on a half-acre to one-acre homesites. The community is a part of the highly soughtafter Navarro ISD school district. Upcoming meetings for The Summit Homeowners Association.

The Board of Directors meets on a quarterly basis at the home of one of the board members to conduct the business of the association. The meeting agendas are posted here at least 144 hours prior to the meeting.

The Annual Meeting of the members is held in February. Notices are mailed to all owners 10 to 60 days in advance of the meeting.

All meetings are open to owners. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your community manager at least ten days in advance.
