The Officers and Board of Directors of Happy Hide-A-Way Civic Club, Inc. elected to hire C.I.A Services, Inc. to manage all financial duties.
This will include but is not limited to receiving and invoicing maintenance fees, payable’s to vendors, utilities, reimbursements of supplies and expenditures, banking, deposits, etc. This will greatly streamline our communications with the property owners of Happy Hide-A-Way.
C.I.A. Services. Inc. will also act as a liaison with the Title companies and prospective buyers. We look forward to partnering with C.I.A. Services, Inc. and enhancing our community with this professional service. Please direct all inquiries and requests to: C.I.A Services, Inc.

The Board of Directors meeting and Members meetings schedule is as follows:
Bi-monthly, the Board of Directors meets in February, April, June, August, October, and December.
Bi-monthly Members meetings are held in January, March, May, July, September, and November
The Annual Meeting of the members is held on the second Tuesday of January and notices are mailed to all owners 10 to 60 days in advance of the meeting.
All meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month and start at 7:00 p.m. and all Board of Directors and Members meetings are open to owners. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your community manager at least ten days in advance.
