Upcoming meetings for Sonoma Ranch Homeowners Association
The developer turned over control to the Association in July of 2011, when a five-member Board of Directors was elected by the members. The Board typically meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. Meetings are normally held at the Association’s Clubhouse located at 1701 Hidden Park Drive, Houston, TX.
The Annual Membership meeting is held in July of every year. Notices are mailed to all owners prior to all membership meetings.
All meetings are open to residents. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your community representative at least ten days in advance.
