Upcoming meetings for Community Association of Avondale, Inc..

The Board of Directors meets on a quarterly basis to conduct the business of the association. The meeting agendas are posted here at least 144 hours prior to the meeting.

The next meetings are currently scheduled for:

September 30th at 5:00 p.m.

November 4th at 5:00 p.m.

December 9th at 5:00 p.m.

Dates are subject to change.

The Annual Meeting of the members is held in December, virtually. Notices are mailed to all owners 10 to 60 days in advance of the meeting.

The 2025 Annual Meeting is currently scheduled for December 10th. Date is subject to change.

All meetings are open to owners. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your community manager at least ten days in advance.
