Welcome to the website for Telfair Office Park Condominium Association.
The Telfair Office Park Condominiums (TOPCA) are part of the Telfair Commercial Association (TFCom) in Sugar Land. This is a new concept for office space for small companies. Each unit is 1,248 square feet. These are condominiums so the owner is responsible for the inside of the space (from the paint inward) and the association is responsible for the building structures and all common areas.
There are 70 units in 15 buildings. Each building has 3 to 6 units. An owner may purchase adjacent units to obtain the total space they need. All building are complete and the last of the units is expected to be sold by the end of the 1st quarter 2021.

Upcoming meetings for Telfair Office Park Condominium Association.
The Board of Directors meets on a regular basis to conduct the business of the association. The meeting agendas are posted here at least 144 hours prior to the meeting.
The Annual Meeting of the members is set by the Board of Directors. Notices are mailed to all owners 10 to 60 days in advance of the meeting.
All meetings are open to owners. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your community manager at least ten days in advance.
