Why are we conducting this survey?

Your Board of Directors would like to ensure there are open lines of communication with Owners/Tenants. As such, we are considering creating several committees made up of Owners and Tenants to provide input and a forum to discuss concerns, prioritize opportunities, and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors for consideration of short- and long-term plans. The committees will focus on specific goals and deliver recommendations to the Board for review.  

The initial topics we would like to address are found below:

•             Facilities, Safety & Security

•             By-Laws & Election Process

•             Service Provider Optimization  

We are very excited about how these committees will put the Telfair Office Park talent to use to drive value for our community.
