Welcome to the Eilan Property Owners Association website!

Eilan is a beautiful and unique mixed-use commercial community on the northwest side of San Antonio at I-10 and Loop 1604. It is in a prominent location adjacent to the Rim and La Canterra shopping areas.

The "work, live, play" design of the community includes two office buildings, luxury apartments, an exquisite hotel, restaurants and retail space.

The Eilan Property Owners Association maintains the common areas and shared facilities for Eilan including the entries, green space, street lighting, roads and drainage. All commercial owners are members of the Association.

The Board of Directors meets on a quarterly basis. The date, time and location as well as the meeting agenda are posted on this website at least 144 hours prior to the meeting.

All meetings are open to owners. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact our office at least ten days in advance.
