Board of Directors
The Board of Directors for the Eilan Property Owners Association has three members. During the development phase, all Board members are appointed by the developer. After that, all positions on the Board are elected by the owners. Details on the development period and elections process are contained in the Bylaws posted on the Community Documents page.
President
The role of the President is that of a leader. The President typically presides over the meetings, keeps the agenda going and ensures sound decisions are made. The President leads discussions and ensures productivity. The President often signs legal documents such as loans and contracts and serves as a signatory for checks (payments).
Vice President
The Vice-President shall act in place of the President in the event of his/her absence, inability or refusal to act, and shall exercise and discharge such other duties as may be required of this position by the Board.

This community employs a full service management company, C.I.A. Services, Inc., to provide professional community association needs. They handle all aspects of budgeting and financial management, watch over the facilities and contractors, deed restrictions, interpersonal relationships among neighbors and more.
