Welcome to the website for HSE Homeowners Association, Inc.

HSE Homeowners Association consists of 51 lots that are all more than 1 acre in size. This is a custom home community with some individuals owning more than one lot. As of the beginning of 2017, there is active building in the community however very few additional homes will be constructed.  The community is to the east of I10 and north of 1604.

Upcoming meetings for HSE Homeowners Association, Inc.

The Board of Directors meets on a monthly basis to conduct the business of the association. The meeting agendas will be posted here prior to the meeting.

The Annual Meeting of the members is held in February of each year. Notices are mailed to all owners 10 to 60 days in advance of the meeting.

All meetings are open to owners. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your community manager at CIA Services, Inc. at least ten days in advance.
