Upcoming meetings for Bonterra at Woodforest Community Association, Inc..
The Board of Directors meets on the second Tuesday of each month to conduct the business of the association. The schedule for each monthly meeting is as follows:
9:00 a.m. Meeting Called to Order, immediately adjourned into Executive Session (open to Board Members Only)
11:00 a.m. Meeting reconvenes into Open Session (open to all Members)
12:00 p.m. Meeting Adjourns
The meeting agendas are posted here at least 144 hours prior to the meeting.
The Annual Meeting of the members is held in December. Notices are mailed to all owners 10 to 60 days in advance of the meeting.
All meetings, with the exception of the Executive Session, are open to owners. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your community manager at least ten days in advance.
