Bonterra at Woodforest features a clubhouse perfect for meetings and private events. The clubhouse is located at 300 Bonterra Boulevard, near the pool, park, and tennis court.

It also includes access to a 24-hour Fitness Center, Spa w/ massage & facial services, pool, pool bar/cabana, whirlpool, event hall with catering kitchen, flex room for games/cards, billiards/poker room, internet cafe, event lawn, two (2) bocce courts, four (4) pickleball courts, outdoor firepit, two (2) outdoor grills, full-time Lifestyle Director, Clubhouse Concierge staff. As well as access to all Woodforest amenities.

Do you need an access card for the amenities? The Clubhouse Concierge distributes access cards during regular business hours.

Exterior Modifications
All exterior modifications or improvements to properties within the Bonterra at Woodforest Community Association require review and written approval prior to the onset of any construction or project beginning. Beginning September 1, 2025, the ASC (Architectural Standards Committee) authority has transitioned to the management company, C.I.A. Services. Inc. Residents must submit a home improvement application describing the work to be performed, materials to be used, and other details pertinent to the proposed modification or improvement. The ASC will review the request and render a decision within 30 days of the completed application entering the system. If the application is not approved as submitted, the ASC may provide suggestions for making changes so it can be resubmitted for approval. Please be aware that upon submission of your home improvement application, a $25.00 fee will be invoiced to your property account. This fee must be paid before the application is reviewed, or any decision related to it is issued.   

Home improvement applications may be submitted online through the C.I.A. Services website, through the myRedDog owner app, or by printing and mailing to C.I.A. Services at 18333 Timber Forest Drive, Humble, TX 77346, or by hand delivery to the Bonterra Clubhouse on Tuesday when the Community Manager is onsite. To complete online, click on Ask. Request. Submit. There, you will enter all of the information needed for the committee to make an informed decision. Any applications dealing with the exterior appearance of the house (such as painting or roofing) must be accompanied by project details, or the application might be disapproved for lack of information. Also include a plat map or survey of the property that indicates the project location in conjunction with the property lines and easements when applicable.
