Heather Ridge Village Homeowners Association is home to 271 single-family homes. The amenities in the community consist of a small park located at 6138 Rocky Nook Drive that contains a covered pavilion, two picnic tables and playground equipment.  For a listing of community-sponsored events, please visit our events calendar.

Upcoming meetings for Heather Ridge Village Homeowners Association

The Board of Directors meets on a bi-monthly basis at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are held in the office of C.I.A. Services located at 18333 Timber Forest. Humble, TX 77346. The meeting agenda is posted at least 144 hours prior to the meeting.

The Annual Membership meeting is held in May of every year. General Membership meetings are held at the beginning of every Board meeting. Notices are posted online and on the reader board to notify all owners prior to all membership meetings.

All meetings are open to residents. If there is a specific topic you would like placed on the agenda, please contact your community representative at least ten days in advance.
