The 2025 Assessment has been set at $3,725.00.
Assessments are due January 1st of each year but you may pay them in quarterly installments. If you would like to make payment arrangements, please contact C.I.A. Services.
You may submit your payment by mail, in person, or online.

Trash service is provided by Republic Waste Services. There is a dumpster in the parking lot for trash use.
