Assessments
The Assessments are calculated based on the square footage of land owned and the size of the commercial building.
Assessments are due annually on January 1st. The fees pay for a percentage of the landscaping costs of Telfair Community Association, as well as maintenance of the undeveloped commercial tracts, administrative expenses, the future replacement of private roads in the limited common areas, and management services.
Services and Utilities
Streetlights
Streetlights in the community are maintained by CenterPoint Energy. They do not do routine inspections of the lights so the only way to make sure a light is repaired is to contact CenterPoint. You need the 6 digit pole shown on the pole and the approximate address or intersection. Call them at 713-207-2222 or click here to report the outage online. Online reporting is very easy.
Water & Sewer Services
Water and sewer service is provided by the City of Sugar Land at 281-275-2750. To report a problem call 281-275-2450.
Trash Services
Trash Services are provided by Republic Waste through the City of Sugar Land. If you are an owner or tenant and you are experiencing issues with the trash service or have questions regarding your current services, please contact the current Environmental Manager Taylor Danesi at the Environmental & Neighborhood Services at the City of Sugar Land office by email at tdanesi@sugarlandtx.gov or by phone at 281-275-2450 (Departmental Line).
