The Pool is Open!
Happy summer time. Willow Forest is happy to anounce that starting Memorial Day (May 29th) Weekend the Pool will be open Tuesday - Sunday from 6AM to 10PM. The pool is swim at your own risk and will have NO lifeguards on duty. Please click here for a full list of pool rules. We hope you have a great time.

Street Lights
CenterPoint Energy maintains streetlights throughout Willow Forest. If a light is out or blinking, please call CenterPoint at 713-207-2222 or report it online.
You will be asked to provide:

A pole number for the non-functioning lights you want to report.

Contact information (in case more information is needed to locate a streetlight).

An e-mail address (if you want feedback regarding your repair request).

The number of streetlights you would like to report.
Trash Collection
Trash services are provided by Farmers Disposal.
Pick Up and Heavy Trash: Monday and Thursday are regular trash days with two heavy trash items accepted at every pick up. Trash needs to be placed at the curb by 7 a.m. to ensure pick up.

Reminders:
- Please do not place trash at the curb until the night before pick up.
- All trash cans should be put up the evening of pick up.
Water Service
Water and wastewater services are provided through Dowdell PUD. To apply for new service or questions, please call (281) 651-1618 or visit Dowdell Public Utility District.
You can request to start water and sewer services with their online form; 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Water service is connected between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
