The CWCPOA Board of Directors has set the 2025 budget and assessment fee at $624.00. This is the same rate as 2024.
Assessment Due Date: Assessments are billed annually and are due on January 1st and become delinquent on January 31st.

Procedure for Requesting a New 911 Address
Trash Services
Clearwater does not have a set trash provider at this time. Homeowners can set up service with the company of their choice.
Water Service
Clearwater is currently not under contract with water utility provider. Each homeowner is responsible for installing and maintain their own septic and well system.
