Boat Ramp
Boat Ramp The boat ramp is for the pleasure of Treasure Island property owners only.

There is a boat ramp for residents located between the homes at 198 and 204 Royal George Circle. This is simply a driveway from  the street into the water. Boats can be backed down the ramp and launched. There is no room to park or leave trailers so the vehicle and trailer must be returned to their home after launching.

Previously, there was a key system being used for the gate which is no longer active. Now there is a electronic system to give access through Master Lock eLocks App. The Boat Ramp Amenity Usage Agreement is required to be completed and returned via email for access to the Boat Ramp. Once completed, email the form to to have members registered.

Once the agreement is returned completed to our office via email, an email providing access will be sent within 72 hours along with a separate email with specific instructions on how to use the new Master Lock.

Assessments The 2019 assessment has been set at $0.052 per square foot of lot. The lot size is based on the Guadalupe County Appraisal District records.

The assessments are due on January 1st of each year and provide for services in the community. Every owner has an obligation to pay the annual assessment. If you do not receive a statement, please submit an accounts receivable request to C.I.A. Services to confirm your balance and ensure it is paid on time. You may submit your payment by mail, in person, or online

Board of Directors
Board of Directors The Association is overseen by a five member Board of Directors who own homes in the community and volunteer their time. Each Board member serves a two-year term with elections held at the annual meeting each March or April (three elected in even numbered years and two elected in odd numbered years).

The Board of Director meets at least once each quarter in January, April, July and October. Meetings are held at a Board member’s home in the community. The meetings normally begin at 6 p.m. on a weeknight. Each meeting date, time and place is announced on the bulletin board and on this website. The agenda is posted here at least three days in advance of the meeting. All owners are welcome at Board meetings.

The Annual Meeting and election of director is held in March or April of each year and typically at the Lake Breeze Ski Lodge on a Saturday. All owners are mailed a meeting announcement at least ten days in advance with the meeting agenda and voting instructions.
