Recreational Space

Aliana has recreation centers, parks, trails and waterway systems. There are two recreation centers which include a clubhouse, meeting space, swimming pools, tennis courts and play equipment. In addition, smaller parks and playgrounds are spread throughout the community and are all connected by sidewalks. 

In the Summer of 2021, the community converted to a contactless access system, using a key fob device to replace the existing fingerprint system. Residents can visit The Westmoor Club with a photo ID, if the photo ID does not have a current Aliana address, the photo ID along with a current utility bill can be used to receive access devices. Initially, two access devices are provided to each household for free. To receive additional or replacement access devices, residents must complete a request form. Additional or replacement access devices are $25 each. 

The Westmoor Club
The Westmoor Club The Westmoor Club is Aliana’s newest amenity. It features a swimming pool, fitness center and children’s playground. The physical location is 11333 Westmoor Drive, Richmond Texas, 77407.

The Westmoor Club has onsite staff available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. The fitness center is open daily from 5:00 am-10:00 pm by fingerprint access only. The pool hours vary.

The Club at Aliana is one of the community Clubhouses with 2 state of the art kitchens, a patio, two meeting rooms, a Grand Ballroom, a classroom and an event lawn. The Club at Aliana is fully furnished to resemble a Tuscan, country feel.

On-site rental requests are handled by appointment only at 281-207-6750 or  

Swimming Pool
Swimming Pool Our community offers Aliana homeowners a beautiful pool area to enjoy during this summer season. This is the main pool facility with a resort-style feel for the whole family featuring a large main pool, lap pool, conversation area, wading and splash pad area and a large tube slide. Users must have an access device and waiver to enter.

Tennis Court
Tennis Court Tennis court reservations can be made at Homeowners will have to log into their personal accounts to access the reservation calendar.


Assessments The assessments are due on January 1st of each year and provide for services in the community such as common area landscaping, pool operations, management services,  and mosquito spraying (just to name a few).

 Every owner has an obligation to pay the annual assessment. If you do not receive a statement, please submit an accounts receivable request to C.I.A. Services to confirm your balance and ensure it is paid on time. You may submit your payment by mail, in person, or online

Exterior Modifications
Exterior Modifications All exterior alterations or improvements to a property must be reviewed and approved in advance of construction by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Residents must submit a home improvement application describing the work to be performed. The ACC will review the request and render a decision within 45 days. If it is not approved as submitted, the ACC may provide suggestions for making changes so it can be resubmitted for approval.

To complete your application, click on Ask. Request. Submit. There you will enter all of the information needed in order for the committee to make an informed decision. Any applications dealing with the exterior appearance of the house (such as painting or roofing) must be accompanied with project details or the application might be disapproved for lack of information. Also include a plat map or survey of the property that indicates the project in conjunction with the property lines and easements when applicable. Please note, all applications for swimming pools require a $500.00 deposit. DEPOSITS ARE CASHED at the time of submission and NOT HELD. Applications for swimming pools will not be processed until receipt of the deposit. Deposits should be mailed to the Humble office at 8811 FM 1960 Bypass, Suite 200, Humble, TX 77338.

Services and Utilities

Streetlight Repair Requests
Streetlight Repair Requests CenterPoint Energy maintains streetlights throughout Aliana. If a light is out or blinking, please call CenterPoint at 713-207-2222 or report it online.

You will be asked to provide: 

  • a pole number for the non-functioning lights you want to report
  • contact information (in case more information is needed to locate a streetlight)
  • an e-mail address (if you want feedback regarding your repair request)
  • the number of streetlights you would like to report

Trash Service
Trash Service Trash service is provided by Best Trash.
