Deer Hollow Homeowners Association is a beautiful single-family home community located on the Northside of San Antonio. This charming community of 215 properties features an alluring recreation center, clubhouse, swimming pool, playground, and basketball court. In addition to the vast majority of amenities that Deer Hollow has acquired over the years; it is located in the perfect urban area within very reasonable commuting distance of our wonderful city with vast Texan history, San Antonio.

Over the past few years, the Board of Directors has diligently worked to bring the various amenities back to its intended beauty after several years of utilization. The community has fantastic volunteers who have spent countless hours maintaining and making improvements including, but not limited to a basketball revitalization project, additions to the community pool, and revamping the playground. The Board has undertaken each project and assisted with intricate details associated with all Deer Hollow business in order to maintain the integrity of the community. It is because of these volunteers that the community amenities have become an exceptional feature for the residents.

Deer Hollow has a fabulous Architectural Control Committee who reviews all Home Improvement Requests and assists with maintaining the aesthetics of the community to be in accordance with all guidelines for particular assets of each home. In addition to the ACC, Deer Hollow has wonderful safety and community sign committee volunteers who also assist in maintaining the beautification and comfort within the community. Deer Hollow Board members and volunteers have worked very hard to assemble community operations, and for that, we appreciate them very much.

Did you know?

Board meetings are open to all owners. The meetings are announced on the community web pages with a date, time and place at least 144 hours in advance of the meeting.  The agenda for the meeting is also posted.
