Churchill Homeowners Association, also known as The Gates of Churchill, is a beautiful community in Northeast San Antonio. This community has a prime location, seated near Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Sea World, and the famous Alamo.
The community offers upscale homes in an exclusive gated area, with a charming playground area, pool, and tennis court that is shared with a master community. Many of the neighbors in this community are original owners and have watched their children grow up in this community.
The members of the Board take pride in fostering a friendly relationship with the community. Each Board member takes on their own special role and goes above and beyond to enact change. They demonstrate what a true team looks like, working diligently to meet the needs of their neighbors.
The Board President, Mike Bartlett, is great at his role. He is an expert in understanding contracts and finances and keeps the best records. He always considers issues from both sides and uses very rational decision-making. He meets with contractors to ensure community projects meet expectations.
The Vice President, Jim Graves has demonstrated his dedication to his community by leading recent projects, such as Google Fiber and CPS installations. He was out every single day speaking to the supervisors and offering help where needed.
The Secretary, Jackie Harris, has also helped with several projects, such as the Google Fiber installation, CPS powerlines, and landscaping upgrades. She went door to door to speak with members to make this happen, met with the contractors, and called meetings to update the members on the progress. She is currently working on upgrading the irrigation and landscaping at the front entrance.
The Treasurer, Lee Wingert, goes above and beyond to ensure the Association’s funds are utilized in the best way possible. He is very careful with spending and makes sure that we keep the best records for future needs.
This team’s dedication to serving the community and delivering outstanding service displays why this community is so special.
