Rancho Verde Community Association

Rancho Verde Community Association is a family-friendly community located on the south side of Houston. The community is home to 459 single-family homes, along with a clubhouse, junior Olympic-size swimming pool, playground, splash pad, and two informational reader boards.

The Rancho Verde Board of Directors are excited about the reopening of the Association’s Clubhouse and Pool Facility after they received a considerable amount of damage from Winter Storm Uri.  With COVID-19 restrictions and delays with supplies, the restoration took longer than the Board anticipated. These setbacks hindered the repair of the existing amenities; however, allowed the Board to do some much-needed updates to the remainder of the facility and grounds located around the clubhouse.  They have installed all new wrought iron fencing around the pool and splash pad and added a new storage building to house seasonal decorations and pool furniture during the off-season.  In the clubhouse itself, they have installed all new appliances, restroom fixtures, and lighting, and reconfigured the kitchen area to include a counter height bar for serving refreshments during community events. The clubhouse and pool facility are available to all residents of Rancho Verde Community Association and Rancho Verde Residential Association property owners to rent for their private events.

Along with the renovations to the clubhouse, the Board approved and has installed a splash pad with separate splash areas for toddlers/young children and older children, which is scheduled to open in September 2022.

There are several more updates the Board has committed to working on over the next year. These include the installation of all-new play equipment and synthetic grass in the park.  Along with multiple family-style pavilions equipped with picnic tables and grills.  Several new sidewalks will lead to the splash pad and pavilions.

C.I.A. Services, Inc. is very proud to be Rancho Verde’s management partner and looks forward to many more years of a wonderful working relationship.  Thank you to all of the Board members, residents, and volunteers of Rancho Verde Community Association for the hard work you do to make your community one of the best in Houston!
