From the moment you enter Grand Vista, you’re greeted by a sense of community pride. Boasting over 1600 homes, this vibrant neighborhood is more than just a collection of houses—it’s a close-knit community where neighbors become friends and every corner tells a story of shared experiences.

The recent transition to a Property Owner-elected Board of Directors marks an exciting new chapter for Grand Vista. Committed to maintaining affordability without compromising on quality, the board is dedicated to ensuring that Grand Vista remains a place that residents are proud to call home.
