Telfair Commercial Association
Telfair Commercial Association

The Telfair Commercial Association consists of over 300 acres winding through the beautiful master-planned community of Telfair in Sugar Land.  Each commercial track has its own unique look starting with the Promenade at Telfair, continuing through The Crossing, and the most recent development, the East and West Business Parks.

The Telfair Commercial Association is responsible for ensuring that businesses in the community meet the standards set within the Telfair Association. The community is still under development with many upcoming businesses and land sales to take place. The five-member Board is made up of a combination of business owners and developer representatives to ensure the interests of all parties are taken into consideration when making decisions about the community. This is a great team to work with and the pride they take in the community is clear in everything they do.

C.I.A. Services, Inc. has managed the Telfair Commercial Association for many years, and we have really enjoyed watching this area grow and thrive. Over the years, a huge variety of businesses have come to fruition, including banks, car dealerships, medical facilities, grocery stores, retail shopping, apartments, and restaurants. We are always excited to learn about the newest businesses on the horizon. Up next we have several hotels and retail businesses opening near Highway 6 and 90.

This association is one of the most unique in the area!  C.I.A. Services, Inc. is very proud to be Telfair Commercial’s management partner and looks forward to many more years of a wonderful working relationship.
