Valley Lodge Property Owners Association

Valley Lodge Property Owners Association is a lovely community located West of Houston along the Brazos River.

Valley Lodge was developed in the 1950s as a weekend getaway for “rich city folk.” This community is comprised of large acreage lots with homes, as well as barns, horses, cattle, and other animals. There is a large community park nestled in a picturesque grove of trees, some estimated to be over 100 years old.

The Board of Directors works hard to provide a sense of community for its residents by holding various community events throughout the year that are very well attended, such as the annual July 4th event and the Halloween Hayride. This year, the first Annual Holiday Tour of Homes was a huge success during the Christmas Season!

There is a lot of history in this quiet country community and C.I.A. Services takes great pride in being their management partner for over 26 years. Congratulations and thank you to all Board Members and volunteers, current and past, for impacting your community in such a great way!
