Aliana Homeowners Association
Aliana Homeowners Association

Aliana is one of Houston’s premier family-oriented communities located in Richmond, TX off of 99 Grand Parkway and FM 1464. Aliana continues to be one of the most successful and sought-after communities, continually earning awards and recognition. The community sits on 2,000 acres and currently consists of roughly 3,600 occupied homes and is planned to have at build-out, 4,200 homes.

Homes in Aliana are connected by beautiful, landscaped waterway systems of winding lakes sided by walking trails through and through. Additional amenities include The Club at Aliana – a patio where residents enjoy their morning cup of coffee, state of the art kitchens where residents enjoy cooking classes, Grand Ballroom which hosts many weddings and other milestone events, meeting rooms with wi-fi overlooking the waterway and green space for a relaxing office “away from the office,” resort-style swimming pools, water slide, splash pad, wading pool overlooking one of the many beautifully landscaped waterways, tennis courts and a state of the art fitness center. Another unique feature of Aliana is the onsite HOA management office where residents can pay their annual assessments and build a relationship with the team tasked with managing their phenomenal community. The Club at Aliana truly sets the tone for what one can expect when purchasing in Aliana.

In 2017 Aliana opened its 2nd clubhouse, The Westmoor Club. The Westmoor Club has truly lived up to its purpose which was to create a space where friends and family come to gather. On any given evening you can drive by The Westmoor Club and see the many families out enjoying the naturalistic playground, zipping down the zip line or enjoying the many kid and adult classes Aliana has to offer. The Westmoor Club has truly become a hub for friends and family. It truly is a joyous sight to see.

Aliana Development Company, who currently holds 4 out of 6 positions on the Board of Directors has been instrumental in the record growth of the community since 2010 by providing an environment in which one can create family traditions, build lasting friendships and enrich one’s life by truly upholding the philosophy that Aliana is Handcrafted for Living.
