Bridlewood Estates Property Owners Association
Bridlewood Estates Property Owners Association

Bridlewood is a beautiful community located in Richmond/Rosenberg. The community is one of estate acreage lots ranging in size from one acre to three acres.

The Board of Directors of this community is a well-organized, committed group of individuals whose goal is the betterment of the community as a whole.  They have many well-organized committees such as the Activities Committee that plans wonderful events for the community such as Santa in the Park, National Night Out, etc. Board members in this community are not afraid to put in hard work to ensure their community is fiscally responsible.  Board members as well as other volunteers in the community have gathered together to rebuild two playgrounds (with supervisory assistance from the manufacturer), install signage, repair light fixtures, monitor lots needing force mowed or going door to door to meet their neighbors and obtain votes to try and consolidate and amend their Deed Restrictions.

The Board of Directors is also very heavily involved in ensuring their community’s interests are protected when it comes to the water district, Fort Bend County issues, The Grand Parkway and City of Rosenberg issues.  They worked very diligently with the water district to determine the source of discolored water that went on for weeks and saw it to resolution.  They’ve also worked closely with the City of Rosenberg to put together a Fire Services Agreement for fire protection for the portion of their community that is not within the City limits.

C.I.A. Services is proud to be the managing partner with Bridlewood Estates and looks forward to many more successful years together.  Congratulations to the Board and members of this great community!
