Hidden Arbor Community Association

Hidden Arbor Community Association is an association of 129 homes. The association is located northwest of Houston in Cypress, commonly referred to as the Cy-Fair area. The homes of Hidden Arbor are nestled within the natural wooded terrain off of Cypress Church Rd. The charming community offers a quaint tree-filled sanctuary to escape from the hurried city life while still providing quick access to major thoroughfares, shopping, and dining venues.  The Houston Premium Outlets are located just a few miles up the road, along with a variety of other grocery and retail shops. Additionally, the Cy-Fair area offers easy access to all of the world-class shopping, entertainment, and professional sports opportunities in the Greater Houston area.

The Association’s Board consists of two developer members and one resident Board member. The Board continually works hard to keep the association looking great at all times. The Board of Directors actively enforces the deed restrictions in the Association, and work very hard with residents to keep up the property values in Hidden Arbor.

The Association also has a Social committee that consists of three resident volunteers. These volunteers assist the Event Coordinator with planning the “Spring into Summer” event, as well as other community gatherings.

Hidden Arbor has a unique concentric leaf-shaped splash pad with water falling from trees, pop-up sprays, hoop sprays, and water spout sprays.  The splash pad is open for usage during the months of April through October.

Thanks to all volunteers who continue to support the Board in their efforts in making Hidden Arbor a wonderful and safe Association for all!

C.I.A. Services is proud to manage Hidden Arbor Community Association and work with such passionate leaders and residents.
