Retablo Ranch Owners Association is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country in Helotes, Texas overlooking the spectacular Government Canyon State Natural Area. This beautiful gated community of 87 large acreage properties features the prettiest and most desirable 2 to 10 acre homesites in the area, with an abundant variety of wildlife. Not to mention the captivating night-sky, star views with access to more than 40 miles of trails at the State Natural Area just next door. The Association is made of a cross of gently rolling grasslands and remote, rugged canyons. Members of the association enjoy hiking, mountain biking, or even trail running through the association on its many green spaces and long winding roads.
Over the past few years the Board of Directors has diligently worked to bring member involvement and structure to the workings of the Association. The community has fantastic volunteers who have spent countless hours maintaining the association. They work with the members on New Home Construction plans for the unique topography of the land, and have started an Annual Large Debris Dump day. The Board recognizing the need to help facilitate the members in removing trash, and excess large debris from their properties. Two large dumpsters were brought in for the members to use, and help with the upkeep and care of properties within the Association.
Along with the great Board & Work Committee volunteers, Retablo Ranch has a fabulous Annual Picnic each year. This event gives the residents the opportunity to get to know everyone in the community and create that special bond between neighbors. Social interaction plays a crucial role in the quality of life of the residents and it is a great opportunity for the Association members to come together. The picnic features, food, fun, and a DJ providing music. The event hosts almost 75% of the association’s members each year.
C.I.A. Services, Inc. is very proud to be Retablo Ranches’ management partner and looks forward to many more years and a wonderful working relationship.
Congratulations to the Board members, residents and volunteers of Retablo Ranch Owners Association for all the hard work you do to make your community one of the best!
