This month, we’re honored to spotlight a community that has been with our company for over 25 years. We have watched this neighborhood develop to meet the needs of its residents; over time, this community has become tailored to the interests of the many families and active neighbors who fill its nearly 600 homes. This community is none other than the Bay Pointe Community Association. Nestled between Houston and Clear Lake, Bay Pointe is the perfect place to call home. Bay Pointe is a community where neighbors become lifelong friends, and every season brings new opportunities to connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories.

Bay Pointe has something for everyone. For residents seeking excitement and entertainment, downtown Houston is just a drive up I-45 away, while the Kemah boardwalk beckons with waterfront fun right around the corner. Those looking for more leisure can sunscreen up for a quick day-trip to Galveston Island or enjoy the array of shops and restaurants at Baybrook Mall. From families to friends and partners to parents, the community’s location is perfect for building bonds and creating memories.

And that’s not even covering what Bay Pointe itself has to offer. While many residents conveniently hop on the freeway for a day filled with fun, those who stay local aren’t short on options, either. Bay Pointe is outfitted with a community swimming pool, two playgrounds, and a recently remodeled tennis court (which doubles as a prime pickleball court). Bay Pointe residents have plenty of places for recreation, relaxation, and spending time with their loved ones. From beating the heat in the pool to picnicking at the park to gathering with family for an evening walk, the community has amenities for anyone’s interests.

Still, the location and amenities barely scratch the surface of what makes Bay Pointe special. What makes the community truly special, where the neighborhood really shines, is the strong sense of community that thrums within residents and between neighbors. Throughout the year, the Bay Pointe team orchestrates numerous exciting events. The goal is to transform neighbors into friends and bring families together, all year long.

In the spring, residents gather for a community-wide Egg Hunt, while the summer brings Dive-In Movie Nights at the pool and the festive Fourth of July parade. Once the weather starts to cool off in the fall, residents peruse wares at the community garage sale, and this year will mark the first fall movie night on the lawn. And when the new year is around the corner, when residents show their spirit with string lights and Santas, Bay Pointe holds its Holiday Light Judging contest to spread some cheer. These events become traditions, and traditions become memories for those lucky residents who call Bay Pointe home.

From its many amenities to its vibrant traditions, Bay Pointe is a fantastic place to raise families and find friendships. We have loved serving your community for nearly three decades, and we look forward to seeing how the community continues to grow.
