The Parkway Forest Property Owners Association was incorporated in July 1977 and consists of 870 properties. The community is located off Beltway 8 and Tidwell amongst several newly constructed communities.
Shortly after Parkway MD took over the patrol contract with the Constables in April 2005, the Board of Directors started implementing plans for projects that had been on hold due to the lack of funds. The fourth phase of the Sidewalk Project was completed to provide sidewalks on the main through fares that the children take to and from school. The park was upgraded with new play ground equipment in May of 2006 and a walk track was constructed around the perimeter of the park in June 2007.
WE ARE GETTING NEW ENTRANCE MONUMENT!!!!
The old entrance monuments on Fern Forest and Van Hut have now been removed to make way for the new. The old monuments are being replaced and there will be two new monuments constructed at the beginning and the end of the community on Tidwell.
Hats off to the Parkway Forest Board of Directors for their dedication in making this 30 year old community shine in the midst of the new developed communities surrounding them.
C.I.A. Services is proud to be a part of this Association for over twenty one years.
