Reserve at Clear Lake Community Association
Reserve at Clear Lake Community Association

The Reserve at Clear Lake, a prominent community in the Clear Lake area, is more than just a location. It’s a place where people truly matter. Our Board is deeply invested in the community, ensuring that every resident’s opinion is not just heard, but valued.

With its expansive, well-manicured green spaces, tennis and pickleball courts, super-friendly splash pads, excellent main pool with kiddie pool, and big slide, there are also five kid-friendly pocket parks and a sand volleyball court to keep everyone busy year-long.

There are patio homes and larger homes, so there is a wide variety of living spaces, including 3 gated and 14 non-gated zections.

Volunteers manage a 4th of July event, food truck events, and Christmas and Easter events, which are held annually.

The Reserve is a place where you always feel welcome.
