Ashcreek HOA was incorporated in February 1983 and has been managed by C.I.A. Services since 1990. They are located off Beltway 8 and Bammel/North Houston. They are a small community of 330 homes. The community features a pool, tennis court and playground area.
The Board of Directors worked hard with MUD 24 to have the MUD obtain the full cost of the Sheriff patrol in their Community. The Board routinely attends MUD meetings to be informed of what is going on in their area. The Board of Directors have had a hard time obtaining volunteers but still they still work hard to achieve their goals. They have a Thanksgiving Gathering, Holiday Gathering and Christmas Lighting Contest to bring their homeowners together. They send out quarterly newsletters to keep the homeowners informed.
The Board is looking into replacing their playground equipment which is next on their list of improvements. They will be getting bids on resurfacing the tennis courts and adding a back board to the tennis courts.
The Board of Directors consists of very dedicated members which give their time to the community. The Board of Directors is consistently making plans for future improvements.
This is a community to be proud to live in along with a dedicated Board of Directors and C.I.A. Services is proud to manage them. Congratulations Ashcreek HOA for a job well done your energy is the success of your community.
