Woodforest North II Homeowners Association Community is an older Community that is well maintained and a wonderful place to call home for its 827 homes. The Community consists of a unique mix of occupational and cultural groups that make it stand out from the rest. Due to its popularity among college students who already choose to live here, its walkability, and its above average safety from crime, the neighborhood is ideal for prospective or already-enrolled college students.
The neighborhood is rated among the top 2.4% of college-friendly places to live in the state of Texas. In addition to being an excellent choice for college students, this neighborhood is also a very good choice for families with school-aged children. Significantly, 1.1% of its residents five years old and above primarily speaks Greek at home. While this may seem like a small percentage it is higher than 97.4% of the neighborhoods in America.
The Board of Directors brings a sense of pride to the neighborhood by volunteering their efforts and time. Each decision Woodforest makes that affects the entire community is carefully thought out, researched and decided on only if it is for the betterment of the community. Each month homeowners turn out to voice their opinions about the community and this is where the volunteers come from. Much of Woodforest’s success is due to the wonderful volunteers. They have had and want to continue to have large community events including National Night Out. This year the Annual Meeting will be held on February 26th at the Woodforest North Presbyterian Church. The Association will have bar-b-que wings and refreshments while conversing about upcoming events for 2013.
Congratulations to the Board of Directors, volunteers and all homeowners of Woodforest North II for becoming a wonderful community to live in. C.I.A. Services, Inc. has been proud to manage Woodforest North II for the last 11 years.
