Artesian Lakes Community Association

Artesian Lakes is a beautiful community of homes nestled among multiple lakes.   They are next to The Retreat at Artesian Lakes resort area (formerly known as Chain-O-Lakes), offering many wonderful amenities.

There are many very active committees in Artesian Lakes.  One such committee is the Planning Committee.  Committee Chair Judy Buie and other dedicated members have been working with the developer on a multi-phase plan to convey common areas to the Association.  A detailed plan has been presented to the Board with estimated costs for each stage of conveyance in order to stay ahead of the cost for budget purposes.

The Fish Committee continually ensures the fish population in the lakes is provided with sufficient habitat to thrive, allowing for recreational fishing to remain an activity residents can enjoy with their families and guests.

ALEC, the environmental committee, has spearheaded a drive to eradicate invasive tallow trees, which is a monumental and ongoing task being tacked in phases.

The seven-member Board is active in all aspects of the community. From finances to deed restrictions to maintenance, they do it all!  The Board members work directly with vendors and coordinate everything for their community, including but not limited to gate upgrades and the mowing schedule.  They are willing to undertake any task for the good of the community!

These are just a few examples of the dedicated volunteers in Artesian Lakes who enable the residents to continue to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful natural setting of this community.   C.I.A. Services is proud to serve the Artesian Lakes community and we look forward to working with this wonderful community for many years to come!
