The Plantation at Woodforest Community Association Board of Directors have been working together as a team for at least 10 years with the exception of our newest member that came on in 2010. Jerry Allen, Robert Colbert, Jim Green, Lucia Bates and Lupita Rodriguez all have something to bring to the table when it comes to their community.

They work well together and all have different opinions on things but despite their differences they are always able to come to a common ground for the betterment of the Association. Most of them have lived in the community since the first homes were built and have watched it grow into this beautiful community that makes you proud to be a part of.

Their knowledge in finances, community, surrounding developments and the Architectural Control of their community has made them a strong and successful Board. They have always managed to keep the community on budget. Back in 2011 they had to make a hard decision of restoring their pond due to erosion. They had to put a cement bottom, install bulkheads and then replace the fountain along with the pumps.

They still manage to try to bring the community together with the ever successful Fall Festival every year. Another accomplishment was it took the Board at least five years to have the commercial businesses pay for the cost of a double sided wall at the second entrance at no cost to the Association. The cost of the wall and all legal fees were incurred by the commercial business.

Their combined knowledge of the community and its history has made them an awesome Board to work with. You could not ask for a better Board to serve your community. C.I.A. Services would like to thank the Board of Directors for their time and dedication.
