Annual Retreat Recap
Robert Tice of Twin Oaks Village
This month, our team at C.I.A. Services is honored to recognize a long-standing Board member and homeowner in Twin Oaks Village, Robert Tice. Robert has demonstrated an extraordinary dedication to his community for more than two decades. He has watched his neighborhood grow from its developmental stages into the flourishing community it is today. Since he and his wife moved to Twin Oaks Village in 2002, Robert has prioritized not only his home, but the neighborhood as a whole. In his endeavor to safeguard and beautify Twin Oaks Village, Robert’s devotion has helped make the association a welcoming, well-maintained home for all residents.
In 2011, Robert’s commitment to the community blossomed into an official leadership position. Over the years, Robert has served the community in several capacities, including on the Architectural Control Committee and the Board of Directors. As a member of the Architectural Control Committee, Robert helped uphold the aesthetics and standards of the community, contributing to the beautiful, family-friendly neighborhood Twin Oaks Village is today. Currently, Robert serves as President of the Twin Oaks Village Board of Directors. His position is emblematic of the countless hours and immense passion that Robert dedicates to the neighborhood. As Board President, Robert has been an integral participant in community events, helped guide important community projects and initiatives, and remained actively involved in maintaining the appearance, safety, and overall quality of life in Twin Oaks Village.
Robert’s time on the Board epitomizes a belief system built on stewardship, patience, and a willingness to work hard. He exemplifies these virtues at every opportunity: from Board meetings to budget seasons, from pool distribution days to holiday decorating contests, from lengthy email chains to brief phone calls, and every bit of minutiae in between, Robert is responsible, reliable, and caring. He makes thoughtful decisions to serve the best interests of Twin Oaks Village and its residents, carefully weighing the short- and long-term implications of the choices the association makes. He balances his financial and fiduciary responsibilities with the well-being of homeowners, and when he makes a decision, it is after a careful evaluation of what the neighborhood needs.
Because of his unwavering dedication to Twin Oaks Village and his many years of service, Robert has become an invaluable source of leadership, knowledge, and continuity for the community. Just as the residents of Twin Oaks Village are lucky to have him on their Board, our team at C.I.A. Services is lucky to work with him. Thank you, Robert, for your continued service. We look forward to continuing to work together!
